WELCOME TO WESSEX RIDING CLUB
We are a small friendly club with approximately 60 members. We run regular dressage competitions both actual and virtual as well as flat and jumping training events mainly held at the RDA at Wilton.
We also attend Area 17 events both team and individual for those who would like to represent the club. Please check out our website to find out more about us.

Please come and join us at the RDA Wilton on 23rd October for a talk and chat with Zoe and Gemma equine therapists.
Doors open 6.30pm, start at 6.45pm. Hot/soft drinks provided, please bring some nibbles for sharing.

Cancellation policy for training sessions and clinics:
Cancelling your training session and/or clinic place with less than 48 hours notice prior to the event taking place or failing to turn up on the day will result in you losing 100% of your booking fee irrespective of the reason unless you or we can resell/transfer your place. We will readvertise the space, but we cannot guarantee it will be filled. We would encourage you to also try to fill your space but please remember there may be a price difference if replacing with a non-member.

Wessex Riding Club is affiliated to The British Riding Club it is a friendly riding club for riders of all abilities. We are based in and around Salisbury. We have a fast growing membership covering Dorset, Hampshire and South Wiltshire.
We provide a friendly, supportive competition environment. We conduct dressage clinics, flatwork clinics, demos, competitions and regular meetings with guest speakers. We also get involved in show jumping, cross country, group hacks, pleasuring riding award scheme, endurance and a whole range of other equestrian activities.
Most competitions and activities are open to non-members however entrance fees are discounted for members so it pays to join!
Individual membership of Wessex Riding Club costs just £30 a year. Anyone 16 years or over may become a Member and enjoy British Riding Clubs’ insurance, Club activities, discounts at WRC events and outings, and also a regular newsletter.
